Indian Education tutoring
Math/English Tutoring for Indian Education students starts today 10/6 and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3:15pm-4:15pm. Sign up in the Indian Education room.
BOYS BASKETBALL MANAGERS NEEDED
The Boys Basketball team is looking for managers for the upcoming season! Please let Coach Powell, the Athletic Office or HS Office know if you are interested. Deadline is November 16, 2026.
ASVAB Sign Up - Due by Jan 20th
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a career exploration assessment designed to help students identify their strengths, abilities, and potential career interests. The assessment measures skills in areas such as math, science, reading comprehension, problem-solving, and technical knowledge.
The ASVAB provides students with valuable information about their abilities and how those strengths may connect to future career opportunities, including college, technical education, apprenticeships, skilled trades, and military careers.
Taking the ASVAB does not require students to join the military or make any military commitment. It is a free tool that helps students explore career pathways and make informed decisions about their future after high school.
The test will take about 3 hours.

9-12th Grade Students ONLY.
The test is scheduled for January 22nd.
Technical Career Day
Technical Career Day will be Thursday, Dec. 3rd at the Minnesota North College in Hibbing for students grades 10-12. Sign-up with Ms. Jasperson. You must have passing grades to attend and have no behavioral referrals as determined by Mrs. Metzig and Mr. Mellstrom.
We will leave the school at 8:30am and arrive back at school around 2:00pm. Lunch will be provided, door prize drawings, and MN North swag.
